Q1. Are product measurements true to fact?
A1.  Some product measurements may be approximate and not exact.

Q2.  What does it mean by "May require additional shipping?'
A2.  Bulky or heavy items (such as furniture) may cost more to ship due to shippers requirements.

Q3.  What if I buy, say a watch, and it doesn't work properly? What happens then?
A3.  Contact me within 14 days of receiving item, return it to me in original box (with copy of invoice) and you can either be credited or get a replacement. Even if you wear the item (and it shows the wear) and it's defective, contact me within 14 days of purchase, send along a copy of your invoice (for proof of date and purchase) and a note explaining why it's defective and I can get it repaired free of charge.

Q4. If a 14K gold item is $39.95 or less, is it covered by the costume jewelry guarantee?
A4. No. All 14K gold jewelry is covered by the 14K gold warranty regardless of cost. 

Q5. What if I receive an order and it's short or missing an item?
A5.  Check your invoice-if the item was out of stock then you should not be charged. If it is on your invoice, be sure to check in the packing contents. Sometimes items fall to the bottom of the packing. If it's not there, please contact me immediately. When the item is confirmed as not shipped, it will be shipped or credit will be issued to your account, whichever you prefer.
 
Q6. Do you offer coupons for discounts on your site?
A6. Yes, I do. I usually offer coupons to my mailing list subscribers. However, there are times when I have a coupon code up and running so when you check out, if you qualify for the coupon, it is applied to your order. Otherwise, I will post special discounts and you can find that under the 'promo' section on the navigation bar.
